When most people think of raw food and weight loss, what comes to mind is usually basic information that’s not particularly interesting or beneficial. But there’s a lot more to free weight loss plans than just the basics.
The first principle of good nutrition is to eat a balanced diet that includes a variety of foods. If you are able to stay on such a diet for more than a few weeks, you may develop nutritional deficiencies, because no one type of food has all the nutrients you need for good health.
